service guarantee
My job is to make you (and your hair!) happy. In the event you are not satisfied with your experience, please let me know at the time of your service or within 48 hours. All services are non-refundable, but a corrective service may be provided, free of charge. Please keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one appointment to achieve your desired result.
Appointments
Please arrive on time! If you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
cancellations
Things happen, I get it! Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, I request at least 24-hours notice. Please call or text as soon as you can.
Payment
Payment is due when services are rendered. I accept Venmo, PayPal, cash, or checks. I can also accept payment via credit card through Square though a 3% processing fee will be added to your charge. Tipping is left to your discretion.
Health & Safety
For your comfort and safety, please let me know if you have any health issues I should be aware of, such as allergies, physical issues, disabilities, or pregnancy. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please tell me right away.
Right to Refuse Service
Krista’s Hair Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
